Basic booth
The basic booth will be provided "Exhibition Space" and "Basic Equipment" (see the details below) by organizer.
Exhibitors only need to prepare exhibits.

More Info
- The logo decoration, symbol mark of company, will not be provided. If needed, exhibitors can contact the organizer and pay their own cost.(US$100)
- If additional installation is needed (e.g. table, showcase etc.), please refer to the documents & forms in our homepage (www.importshow.net/en), and fill out the form and send it to us.
- If additional furniture is ordered near the exhibition date or during the exhibition, It will cost extra.(up to 20% more)
- Should the destruction of property occur due to the exhibitor’s carelessness (standard booth or other rental items), the exhibitor will be expected to pay a charge for the repair and restoration.
Space Only (Custom Built Booth)

"Space Only" will be provided just the area excluding basic equipment. Therefore it is permitted to apply more than 4 booths (36㎡) only.

Only installation firms that are designated by COEX can construct the booth. Also, it is needed to select the electricity and pytex companies registered under the regulation of COEX.

If exhibitors install a booth by themselves, the needed documents below should be submitted to organizer.
