- Lotus root with jam: Our lotus root snacks celebrate Dong Thap’s iconic ingredient, pairing vacuum-fried lotus chips with fruit jams like pineapple or orange for a crispy, chewy experience.

- Brown rice cake with jam: Brown rice cakes, a modern take on traditional crackers, are paired with soursop, orange, or pineapple jam. Made without frying, they stay crisp and light.
