Founded in 1940 in Checheng, Pingtung, our brand carries on the exquisite craftsmanship passed down from our ancient craft. In 2009, we took root in Anping, Tainan, and in 2012, honored as one of the Top Ten Gourmet Delicacies of Greater Tainan.
With years of participation in international exhibitions and a strong ambition to promote Taiwan’s agricultural processed products overseas, we began cultivating millet ourselves in early 2024. The millet is processed into millet mochi through contract manufacturing. Domestically, our products are mainly sold through technology companies, while internationally, we are actively expanding in Asia and seeking distributors as part of our mission to promote Taiwan’s agricultural processed goods to global markets.

Unlike glutinous rice, millet is gluten-free, making it suitable for individuals with allergies and easier to digest. Glutinous rice, on the other hand, tends to cause bloating and is harder to digest. Millet also has better moisture control—it doesn’t release water easily, allowing for longer shelf life and refrigeration. In contrast, glutinous rice hardens and releases moisture the next day, which can lead to souring. Because of these advantages, we are actively using millet to create mochi-style desserts.
